Louisa Nordstrom brings tactical intelligence and competitive resilience to the Olympic Nacra 17 program. Her sailing career has been shaped by success in collegiate competition and international racing, where she developed a reputation for strong race strategy and composure under pressure.

Shifting to crewing, she has now partnered with Riley Gibbs in the foiling Nacra 17 class, Nordstrom has embraced the physical and technical demands of high-performance multihull sailing, and is rapidly developing the skills required for elite-level competition.

Louisa brings a combination of quiet determination and discipline to the program. She shows up every day with purpose, putting in the work. There’s a steadiness to her growth that builds real confidence. She’s not just improving; she’s becoming a serious force on the water.
