America One Racing Shines at Wingfoil World Cup in Silvaplana Debut

Silvaplana, Switzerland – June 16, 2025 – America One Racing made a bold entrance onto the international stage this past week at the Wingfoil World Cup in Silvaplana, delivering standout performances and establishing the squad as a rising force in the discipline.

In their first-ever international competition in wingfoiling, the athletes of America One Racing demonstrated not only raw speed and technical skill, but also the strategic mindset and team cohesion that define elite-level sport. The unique nature of wingfoil racing—where races are fast, tactical, and demands quick decision-making, precise execution, and constant adaptation. America One’s athletes rose to the occasion, improving with each race by analyzing data, refining strategy, equipment selection and set up, and supporting one another on and off the water.

Among the highlights, Sean Herbert’s bronze medal finish and JP Lattanzi’s strong 5th place overall added an exclamation point to the team’s successful debut, underscoring the depth and potential of this new generation of America One Racing wingfoil talent.

The team's presence in Silvaplana showcased more than individual results—it underscored the success of a structured, high-performance development platform built on American soil. Through a series of intensive domestic training camps held across the United States, America One Racing has created a pipeline that brings together the nation’s top young athletes. The selection process focuses on identifying not only physical ability but also commitment, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a high-stakes, collaborative environment.

“This event was more than a competition—it was the culmination of months of planning, preparation, and shared vision,” said Adrien Galliard, coach of America One Racing Foiling Pipeline. “Every race gave us new insights. Our athletes debriefed together, adjusted strategies, and pushed one another to raise the bar with every heat.”

America One Racing also extends its sincere thanks to the event organizers for delivering a world-class experience—efficiently managed racing, top-tier media coverage, and a welcoming environment that remained fun and athlete-focused, while never compromising the competitive edge expected at a World Cup.

With Silvaplana now in the rear-view mirror, the team is already setting its sights on future events, using the experience gained to sharpen their edge. Back home, the next cycle of training camps will build on this foundation, continuing to develop America’s top wingfoil talent with a clear goal: progress, unity, and great performances.
